Mizan Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-08

This privacy policy applies to Mizan, a personal budget app for Android, developed by Aktham Ahmed (the "Service Provider"). It explains what information Mizan uses, where it is kept, and the choices you have.

Mizan is free and supported by ads.

1. Information you enter in the app

Mizan is a budgeting app. To work, it stores the information you enter:

• Your name (optional)
• Your monthly income, payday and other regular incomes
• The payments and income you record, with their amounts, categories, dates and notes
• Your categories, budgets and app settings (currency, language, appearance, reminder and lock)

If you do not create an account, all of this stays on your phone only. The Service Provider has no access to it.

2. Optional account and cloud sync

You can choose to create an account with an email address and password, or with Google sign-in. If you do:

• Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google, are processed by Firebase Authentication (Google) to sign you in.
• The information listed in section 1 is synced to Cloud Firestore (Google), so you can use it on more than one phone and keep it if you change phones. Theme, fingerprint lock and reminder settings are not synced.
• Your synced data can be read only by your signed-in account. It is sent over an encrypted connection.

3. Advertising

Mizan is free and supported by ads, shown through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location (from the IP address), device information and how you interact with ads. Ads may be personalized based on this information.

Your budget information (payments, income, amounts, categories and notes) is never shared with AdMob or used for ads.

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your phone's settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads).

4. Information collected automatically

Mizan also uses these Google services, which may collect some information automatically:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: how the app is used (for example, which screens are opened and for how long), device model, operating system version, app version, approximate region and an app-instance identifier. It helps improve the app. It does not include your payments, amounts or notes.
• Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports (device model, operating system version, app state when the crash happened, and a crash identifier), used to find and fix bugs.

5. Phone features

• Fingerprint lock: the phone's system checks your fingerprint or face. Mizan never receives or stores biometric data.
• Notifications: the evening reminder is created on your phone. No data is sent to send it.
• CSV export: your data is shared only when you choose to export it, and only to the app you pick.

6. How information is used

Information is used only to provide the app, keep it free and improve it: to save and sync your budget, sign you in, show ads, fix crashes and understand how the app is used. Your information is never sold.

7. Third-party services

Mizan uses these services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services: https://policies.google.com/privacy

These providers may process data on servers outside your country. Google uses legally recognized safeguards for these transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data retention

• On your phone: kept until you erase it (Settings › Erase all data) or uninstall the app.
• Account and synced data: kept while your account exists, and deleted as soon as you delete your account.
• Analytics data: kept up to 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google.
• Crash reports: kept up to 90 days.
• Advertising data: kept by Google according to Google's own policies.
• After an account is deleted: only the deleted account's ID is kept (no name, email or financial data), so that other phones still signed in to it stop syncing.

9. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and all its synced data at any time:

• In the app: Settings › Account › Delete account.
• Without the app: email aktham.droid@gmail.com from your account's email address. It will be done within 30 days.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, to object to or limit its use, and to withdraw consent. Exercising these rights won't be held against you. To use them, contact aktham.droid@gmail.com.

11. Children

Mizan is not intended for children under 16. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact aktham.droid@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

12. Security

Your data is protected with encrypted connections, account-only access rules on the cloud database, and an optional fingerprint lock in the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but reasonable measures are taken to protect your information.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Important changes will also be announced in the app where appropriate.

تنطبق سياسة الخصوصية هذه على ميزان، تطبيق الميزانية الشخصية لأجهزة Android، من تطوير أكثم أحمد ("مقدّم الخدمة"). توضّح ما المعلومات التي يستخدمها ميزان، وأين تُحفظ، والخيارات المتاحة لك.

ميزان تطبيق مجاني مدعوم بالإعلانات.

1. المعلومات التي تُدخلها في التطبيق

ميزان تطبيق لإدارة الميزانية، ولكي يعمل يحفظ المعلومات التي تُدخلها:

• اسمك (اختياري)
• دخلك الشهري ويوم الراتب ومصادر الدخل الثابتة الأخرى
• المدفوعات والدخل التي تسجّلها، مع مبالغها وفئاتها وتواريخها وملاحظاتها
• فئاتك وميزانياتك وإعدادات التطبيق (العملة واللغة والمظهر والتذكير والقفل)

إذا لم تُنشئ حسابًا، تبقى كل هذه المعلومات على هاتفك فقط، ولا يستطيع مقدّم الخدمة الوصول إليها.

2. الحساب الاختياري والمزامنة السحابية

يمكنك اختيار إنشاء حساب ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور، أو بتسجيل الدخول عبر Google. عند ذلك:

• يُعالَج بريدك الإلكتروني، واسمك إذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Google، بواسطة Firebase Authentication (من Google) لتسجيل دخولك.
• تُزامَن المعلومات المذكورة في البند 1 مع Cloud Firestore (من Google)، لتستخدمها على أكثر من هاتف وتحتفظ بها إذا غيّرت هاتفك. لا تُزامَن إعدادات المظهر والقفل بالبصمة والتذكير.
• لا يمكن قراءة بياناتك المتزامنة إلا من حسابك بعد تسجيل الدخول، وتُرسَل عبر اتصال مشفّر.

3. الإعلانات

ميزان مجاني ومدعوم بإعلانات تُعرض عبر Google AdMob. لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها، قد يجمع AdMob المعرّف الإعلاني لجهازك، وعنوان IP، وموقعًا تقريبيًا (من عنوان IP)، ومعلومات عن الجهاز، وكيفية تفاعلك مع الإعلانات. وقد تكون الإعلانات مخصّصة بناءً على هذه المعلومات.

لا تُشارَك معلومات ميزانيتك (المدفوعات والدخل والمبالغ والفئات والملاحظات) مع AdMob أبدًا، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات.

حيث يشترط القانون ذلك (مثل المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا)، يطلب التطبيق موافقتك قبل عرض إعلانات مخصّصة، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت. ويمكنك أيضًا إعادة تعيين المعرّف الإعلاني أو حذفه، أو إيقاف الإعلانات المخصّصة، من إعدادات هاتفك (الإعدادات › Google › الإعلانات، أو الإعدادات › الخصوصية › الإعلانات).

4. المعلومات التي تُجمع تلقائيًا

يستخدم ميزان أيضًا خدمات Google التالية، وقد تجمع بعض المعلومات تلقائيًا:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: طريقة استخدام التطبيق (مثل الشاشات التي تُفتح ومدة فتحها)، وطراز الجهاز، وإصدار نظام التشغيل، وإصدار التطبيق، والمنطقة التقريبية، ومعرّف لنسخة التطبيق. تساعد هذه المعلومات في تحسين التطبيق، ولا تتضمن مدفوعاتك أو مبالغك أو ملاحظاتك.
• Firebase Crashlytics: تقارير الأعطال (طراز الجهاز، وإصدار نظام التشغيل، وحالة التطبيق عند حدوث العطل، ومعرّف للعطل)، وتُستخدم لاكتشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.

5. ميزات الهاتف

• القفل بالبصمة: نظام الهاتف هو من يتحقق من بصمتك أو وجهك، ولا يتلقى ميزان أي بيانات حيوية ولا يحفظها.
• الإشعارات: يُنشأ التذكير المسائي على هاتفك، ولا تُرسَل أي بيانات لإرساله.
• التصدير إلى CSV: لا تُشارَك بياناتك إلا عندما تختار تصديرها، وإلى التطبيق الذي تختاره فقط.

6. كيف تُستخدم المعلومات

تُستخدم المعلومات فقط لتقديم التطبيق وإبقائه مجانيًا وتحسينه: لحفظ ميزانيتك ومزامنتها، وتسجيل دخولك، وعرض الإعلانات، وإصلاح الأعطال، وفهم طريقة استخدام التطبيق. لا تُباع معلوماتك أبدًا.

7. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

يستخدم ميزان الخدمات التالية، ولكلٍّ منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة بها:

قد تعالج هذه الخدمات البيانات على خوادم خارج بلدك، وتستخدم Google ضمانات معترفًا بها قانونيًا لهذا النقل، مثل البنود التعاقدية القياسية.

8. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• على هاتفك: تبقى حتى تمسحها (الإعدادات › مسح كل البيانات) أو تزيل التطبيق.
• الحساب والبيانات المتزامنة: تبقى ما دام حسابك موجودًا، وتُحذف فور حذف حسابك.
• بيانات التحليلات: تبقى حتى 14 شهرًا، ثم تحذفها Google تلقائيًا.
• تقارير الأعطال: تبقى حتى 90 يومًا.
• بيانات الإعلانات: تحتفظ بها Google وفق سياساتها الخاصة.
• بعد حذف الحساب: يُحتفظ فقط بمعرّف الحساب المحذوف (بلا اسم أو بريد أو بيانات مالية)، ليتوقف أي هاتف آخر ما زال مسجّلًا فيه عن المزامنة.

9. حذف حسابك وبياناتك

يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناته المتزامنة في أي وقت:

• من التطبيق: الإعدادات › الحساب › حذف الحساب.
• بدون التطبيق: راسل aktham.droid@gmail.com من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك، وسيتم الحذف خلال 30 يومًا.

10. حقوقك

بحسب مكان إقامتك (مثل اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات GDPR في الاتحاد الأوروبي، أو قانون CCPA/CPRA في كاليفورنيا)، قد يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو نقلها، والاعتراض على استخدامها أو تقييده، وسحب موافقتك. لن يُحتسب استخدامك لهذه الحقوق ضدك. لممارستها راسل aktham.droid@gmail.com.

11. الأطفال

ميزان غير موجّه للأطفال دون 16 عامًا، ولا يجمع مقدّم الخدمة عن علم بيانات شخصية من أطفال دون 16 عامًا. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا قدّم بيانات شخصية، راسل aktham.droid@gmail.com وستُحذف.

12. الأمان

تُحمى بياناتك باتصالات مشفّرة، وقواعد وصول تقصر قاعدة البيانات السحابية على صاحب الحساب، وقفل اختياري بالبصمة في التطبيق. لا توجد طريقة تخزين أو نقل آمنة تمامًا، لكن تُتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية معلوماتك.

13. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد تُحدَّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وتُنشر التغييرات في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان جديد. وستُعلَن التغييرات المهمة في التطبيق أيضًا عند الحاجة.
